i bought 8 themes and i tried to use them and changed my themes many times and when i desided to use one i found a problem in importing my themes

Have you checked all the server requirements before the installation https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/60-xstore-theme-requirements ?

What problem with the import do you face?
Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
