    Hello, Alfi,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ Sorry, but your problem is unclear to us. Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

2/ “Can it be that the Woocommerce Square payment plugin the Apple Pay and google pay buttons no longer showing did there was some big changes they block the plugin or something?” – Do you mean you are using a 3rd-party Woocommerce Square payment plugin that stopped shows Apple Pay and google pay buttons after theme update? On what exactly page their buttons should be shown? What theme version (number) was used before the update? Are buttons shown when not our theme is activated but the default eCommerce theme – Storefront?

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

That is the Plugin it was in the previous version I used: 9.1.13
There was at the checkout and at the product pages the Apple Pay and google pay buttons but after update to Store 9.2.4 they were gone and some setting was also not like it was before the update!

“Can it be that the Woocommerce Square payment plugin the Apple Pay and google pay buttons no longer showing did there was some big changes they block the plugin or something?” – I meant that the dev maybe who are did some big changes in the theme so that the plugin isn’t compatible anymore because bard the google ai say that is maybe the problem!

    Hello, Alfi,

We appreciate your prompt response and videos.

1/ We’ve checked (in Chrome and Safari browsers) your Home page and other pages with products, as was shown in your videos, but the problem is not visible.
Could you please check from another device? Also, check maybe your browser should be updated and cache cleared.
Do you see this problem on our demo https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor2/spices/shop ?
Disable all 3red-party plugins on your site and check if the problem persists for you then.

    2/ Please provide FTP access.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

“and some setting was also not like it was before the update” – please describe in more detail.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello, Alfi,

    Thank you for your response.

Please test if payment buttons are shown when Storefront (default WooCommerce theme) is activated. For this go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront.

If the problem persists even with the storefront, you need to contact WooCommerce support.
If the problem is there with XStore only, provide FTP access, please.

    Kind Regards,
