    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Kindly navigate to Appearance > Customizer.

    If this does not resolve the issue, please provide us with temporary WordPress admin access so that we may review the settings on your website directly.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us and for providing the demo video for reference.

    We have reviewed the video, and we understand that you are referring to the missing “Theme File Editor” option under the Appearance menu in your WordPress dashboard.

    Please note that the “Theme File Editor” option may be hidden or disabled due to one of the following reasons:

    1. Your WordPress installation is managed by your hosting provider, and they have disabled this feature for security reasons.
    2. A security plugin or custom code in your wp-config.php file may be preventing access to the editor. For example, the following line in wp-config.php will disable the editor:
    define(‘DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT’, true);
    3. You may not have the required user role or permissions to access the editor. Please ensure you are logged in as an Administrator.

    To resolve this, you can:

    – Check your wp-config.php file and remove or comment out the line mentioned above if it exists.
    – Temporarily deactivate any security plugins to see if the option reappears.
    – Contact your hosting provider to confirm whether they have restricted access to the Theme File Editor.

    We hope this helps.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
