Theme doesn't work with WooThemes Plugins

Hi there,

The theme doesn’t seem to be compatible with all the WooThemes plugins. I have bought the Products bundles plugins as well as the Composite products plugin and am trying to use it on a page. However, when I use theme, the content doesn’t display like it should. Please see this page:

One should see the bundle on there with all the options in the bundle. Try activating the 2015 WordPress theme and see what happens.

Please let me know what you require.

Hello

Sorry for inconvinience . We do not support 3-d party plugins which are not included in our theme.

Hi,

You said on the theme that it has full WooCommerce support. These plugins are WooThemes and are not 3rd party. They are part of WooCommerce. I will be contacting ThemeForest for a refund and will be complaining with them.

Hello,

Please take our apologies, but we mentioned on our site that the theme fully supports Woocommerce plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/ and not additional Woocommerce plugins. As you know there are a lot of other plugins created by Woocommerce but we can’t test all 3rd-party plugins.
We hope you can understand how much work it will create when checking all existing plugins.

By the way we can’t connect via FTP getting this error:
