  Hi, when i click open the customization page it only loads and loads and loads with the page being blank. My header builder displays the same thing as well.
  That is, the customization and header builder link lead to a blank page. What could possibly be the problem?

  Please send:

  – Screenshots of issues
  – FTP info (server, username, password, port)
  – Admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password)

  I don’t see issue with theme customizer once updated theme to latest version http://prntscr.com/u5tao3

  Anyway, there is no problem for us to give you refund if you don’t like our theme. Sorry for any issues you faced.
