Theme customization (half menu not visible)

    Dear Support!

    We use your theme, but since the latest update something went wrong when I would like to customize the theme. I attached a video about it.

    Hello,

    Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
    Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
    If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

    I have another license too, in that case i am not able to activate……….

    So I have 2 useless licenses and zero support!

    Dear David_Horvath,

    We are waiting for FTP access from you – FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP. If you don’t know what the FTP is then you need to contact your hosting provider. Hosting support knows.

    About another license, provide it via Private content area + URL and temporary wp-admin access of site where it should be activated.

    Also, ask your hosting provider about the server error log.

    Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache, and check Theme Options then.

    Cache cleared, turned off everything and nothing happened. I reinstalled the theme too, but nothing happened.

    I attached the admin ftp.

    FTP access from abroad haven’t allowed.
    I set it, so now it is possible to connect from abroad.

    We get the error https://prnt.sc/104nntb while trying to upload the updated version of the plugin. Could you, please, contact your hosting provider to fix this error and then reply back?

    Hello,

    We are still looking for solution. We are able to show theme options when Kirki plugin is installed separately but we are looking for reason why it does not work without external plugin. Need more time, unfortunately.
