Hi Xstore Support Team,
I’m experiencing an issue with the Xstore theme where changes I make are not being saved. Specifically:
In the Back Mobile panel settings, any adjustments I make do not seem to be applied.
In the Fake Sale Popup section, I’ve added my country and city details, but when I close the window, it reverts to the default values.
Could youPlease do the necessary changes to my website to resolve these issues. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
Details provided in the private content area.
Thank you!
Best regards,
Vihaan

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns regarding the XStore theme.
1/ We kindly request that you remove the current elements from the mobile panel, re-add them, and then proceed to publish the updates. For guidance on how to manage these elements, please refer to our theme documentation available at: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/xstore-mobile-panel/.

Dear 8Theme Team,
Thank you for your response and support regarding the XStore mobile panel issue.
I followed your instructions and:
Removed and Re-Added Mobile Panel Elements: I successfully removed the current elements from the mobile panel, re-added them, and published the updates. I also cleared all cache after making these changes. Unfortunately, the issue persists.
What about Fake Sale Popup section issue?

I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate further using the provided FTP access. Please let me know if you require any additional information or steps from my end to help diagnose and resolve this problem.
Thanks again for your assistance.

Hello @Vihaan,
Settings of Fake Sale Popup saved now. Please check.
Found that issue was caused by saving emoji. Save your locations without emoji, for example https://prnt.sc/IQogaQrdJNsZ
Also, contact your hosting provider and ask they to fix the DB field’s collation type that didn’t support all emoji. Probably it set to utf8_general_ci.
Solution: Change the field collation type to utf8mb4_general_ci to support longer-byte emoji.
Here you can find description of the same issue https://support.advancedcustomfields.com/forums/topic/emoji-removed-from-custom-fields/
Kind Regards,
Jack Richardson
