Theme automatic update notification is not visible In WordPress theme has to be updated manually first download from Themeforest and then upload Please fix these issues so that the theme can be updated in the WordPress dashboard on my website https://jhansikart.com

If you did not rename the theme the update should work fine.
Try to re-activate it using your purchase code:
– unregister theme – https://prnt.sc/fIdNdLjNXJai
– re-enter purchase code and register the theme
– go to Dashboard > Updates > click Check again link https://prnt.sc/yygl09

What you are telling me, I have tried it many times before, unregistered the theme and re-registered it many times, after you told me, I did it again but the problem is the same.

Thank you for your response.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look at the problem on your site? Unfortunately, we can’t give a ready solution right now, just by description.

Did you notice when this situation started? Were you able to see the automatic update notifications early?

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
