Theme and Elementor issues when update the page or when duplicate sections

Dear Sir,

Please note that when i am trying to duplicate any section from the front page it will be display in another style than the original version, also i can’t update my pages and i received json format error. please advise.

please note that i found 2 issues, when duplicate any section, the page will affected and any modification in style will not applied, so the duplicated is make an issues in pages, also when trying to update page without an elementor i got the following message:
updating failed, the response is not a valid json response

Please clear cache of the browser, and record a video of the problem for us.

2/ About – “also when trying to update page without an elementor i got the following message: updating failed, the response is not a valid json response” – please record a video also.

Dear Sir,

1. i sent the video link about the issue when trying to update the front page.

2. regarding the first issue when duplicate any section in front page, it works normally today and it happen one time to duplicate the section and not applied the style so to be honest it’s happen sometimes to duplicate section and not matching the original style.
