Hi, I am activating theme with your given purchase code but giving me error regarding SSL certificate. SSL certificate integration seems fine by hosting company. Can you activate it for me? thanks!

Hello,

Contact your hosting provider and ask them if they block outgoing/ingoing connections to our server 136.243.62.35 To activate the theme your site should be able to make requests to our server and get a response.

I have contacted them. They are saying everything is fine from their end. We haven’t blocked any server / ip address

Hello, I just migrate the domain to my other server. Theme got activated in that server. But I do not want to use that server. What if I installed the demo and again migrate the whole domain with its files to my older server? The same activation problem occurs again?
