    I’ve tested many themes on , and this problem persists across all of them. The menu buttons on the mobile version can be clicked normally on iPhone 13 and iPhone 14. However, on most Android phones, as well as iPhone 12 and earlier models, the mobile – end menu buttons don’t respond to clicks. I’ve tested different mobile browsers, and even after turning off the plugins on WordPress, the problem still remains. This issue has been bothering me for several days. I hope the official customer service can resolve my problem as soon as possible.

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    This is the first time I’m using XStore, and I’ve encountered this problem. The menu bar on the mobile version doesn’t work properly on many phone models. High – end phones like iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 work fine, but older models don’t. This is really confusing. The same problem also occurs on tablets. I hope this kind of problem can be solved as soon as possible.

    We have tested your website on an iPhone 11, and the mobile menu appears to be functioning correctly. Please find a screenshot for your reference:

    Additionally, we noticed that your website is using the Nitropack cache plugin. We kindly suggest disabling this plugin and testing the mobile menu again on your devices to see if the issue persists.

    I have disabled the Nitropack caching plugin. I’m quite dissatisfied with your handling of the issue as it hasn’t solved my problem. The problems I raised are real. The mobile menu doesn’t respond when clicked, and there are various types of compatibility issues. This problem has a significant impact on my website, and I need it to be resolved. Now, I’m recording a video to clearly show you the problems I’m facing, including videos of the non – responsive mobile menus on different phones.

    Could you please specify the phone models you are using?

    Several members of our team have conducted testing on different devices and browsers but were unable to reproduce the issue. As an example, we have uploaded a video in the private content area for your review.

    I’ve tested this issue on an iPhone 12, an iPhone X, as well as Samsung and Huawei phones, and all of them have this problem.
