  The website search is giving incorrect or no results for some searches.

  Is there an area where we can control the search settings? How can we improve the quality of the searches?

  The search results on your website depend on the WordPress and theme configuration, as well as the content indexing by your hosting environment. Unfortunately, there is no dedicated area in the theme settings to control or fine-tune the search functionality. However, you can improve the search quality by using a specialized search plugin, such as Relevanssi or Ajax Search Pro, which offer advanced options for indexing and relevance control.
