    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please temporarily disable reCAPTCHA, as it is currently preventing us from logging in? Additionally, we kindly ask you to provide FTP access so that our specialist can further investigate the issues in more detail.

Could you also clarify in which cases and on which pages you are experiencing the issues shown in the second and third screenshots?

Lastly, does the issue shown in the first screenshot get resolved if you navigate to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data or Clear Cache?

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

I updated the theme to version v.9.5.2 and all the plugins that I use on the website, but the same AJAX problem continues in the home page when entering the website and when the user wants to register.

I have cleared the cache several times and it doesn’t solve the problem.

There is also another problem. When I add a product to the cart it does not appear. It’s as if I hadn’t added any products.

    Hello @LVRB,

We would like to inform you that we have regenerated the CSS using the Elementor Tools as outlined here: https://elementor.com/help/regenerate-css-data/. However, you may still notice some issues during page loading. This is likely due to your current configuration, which delays the loading of scripts until certain user interactions occur, such as scrolling or clicking.

We kindly recommend reviewing these settings in your caching plugin and temporarily disabling this feature to assess its impact on performance.

Additionally, we have observed that there are several hidden elements on your homepage – such as a YouTube video that is loaded on desktop but hidden via CSS – which may negatively affect loading times.

Furthermore, we noticed that you are using several slide widgets (as shown here: https://prnt.sc/VWNtE3mNkj8j) that rely on JavaScript. Since these widgets contain only a single image, we suggest replacing them with lighter alternatives, such as a standard image or banner widget, to improve performance.

Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

I modified and removed the hidden elements.

Regarding the configuration, can you review the site and see the necessary recommendations to improve its speed and functionality?

    Hello @LVRB,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon reviewing your website, we noticed that a Content Delivery Network (CDN) is currently active. Unfortunately, we are unable to purge CDN caches from our end. We kindly ask that you either clear the CDN cache or temporarily disable the CDN to verify whether the issue persists.

Additionally, we observed that disabling the LiteSpeed Cache plugin appears to resolve the content loading issue. However, after thoroughly reviewing the plugin settings, we did not find any JavaScript delay options enabled.

At this point, we would appreciate it if you could review your CDN cache settings and let us know whether the issue remains the same or if purging the CDN cache resolves it.

Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to your feedback.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    HELLO JACK!

I already cleared the CDN and Litespeed cache, but I still get the AJAX issue when entering the website.

I contacted the Customization Services area of 8Theme to see the AJAX problem and they told me by email that you as support should help me. I am attaching a screenshot of the response to the email so you can give me the solution:

There is some code in code snippets that apparently is generating the AJAX problem, and to solve it you have to rewrite the code.

I need you to send me the improved code to eliminate the Ajax error that appears constantly.

The code is located in the private area.

    Thanks JACK!

    Hello @LVRB,

We hope this message finds you well.

Could you kindly clarify whether the AJAX request issues are resolved after disabling the custom snippets you implemented? Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could let us know whether these customizations were created by you personally or if they were sourced from third-party providers.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
