The theme is broken… again. This time for no apparent reason

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience but this time I’m writing to you angry… The theme broke again (for the third time), but this time for no reason. I already optimized my wordpress so that the page could load without problems with several optimization plugins advised by the service offered by my hosting I ALREADY MADE SURE THAT MY SEVIDOR MEET ALL THE REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY TO SUPPORT YOUR THEME (PLEASE DO NOT SUGGEST THAT I CHECK IT, THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I DO IT).
I literally did nothing, I wasn’t doing anything but editing some pages and when I refreshed the page the whole layout was down….

Unfortunately I can’t restore my page as my hosting space just ran out of space to hold a backup… as far as I can see the problem is the media files that should be installed with the theme (previously, when I first installed this theme I always had problems installing the media files and I had to ask for your help to help me install them) as it looks exactly the same as when I couldn’t install them (I leave the link to my page for you to see).

I LEAVE YOU MY ACCESS DATA SO THAT YOU CAN ENTER AND HELP ME TO SOLVE IT… Sorry for writing with this way, I know you try to give the best service and I try to give the best but it is frustrating that so many efforts I make working with your theme and sometimes it seems that it is this theme that is causing me so many problems…

First and foremost, please accept our sincerest apologies for the frustration and inconvenience you have experienced with our theme. We understand how disheartening it can be to encounter issues, especially after taking all the recommended steps to ensure compatibility and performance.

We are also not sure what action caused the problem, but the issue disappeared once we clicked on the edit page using Elementor and on Update content.
Please clear cache and check now.

Hello, Rose Tyler! Thank you for your support and patience. I just checked the page, everything is back to how it was before.
I don’t understand what happened either, it was a rather random occurrence… I hope to soon find the cause to find a solution, and if necessary, contact you so that these inconsistencies are not repeated.
