I appreciate your work.
Can you please tell me where I find the Demo content to download, and where I can upload it?
I need to test more Demos.
Hello,
Thank you for your kind words.
To access and import the demo content, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard.
2. Go to XStore > Import Demos.
3. From there, you can browse and select the demo you would like to import.
4. Click the “Import” button and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Before proceeding, we kindly recommend the following:
– Please delete any existing content prior to importing a new demo version. You may refer to this screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/XxzTNQ6r3jYG
– Temporarily disable any caching plugins to avoid potential conflicts during the import process.
Should you encounter any difficulties or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to help.

I did that manytimes, but not working.
Im trying to install a new website as Satcking website.
When I enter the Import files on the Theme Download files I found this message:
Dear customers,
Due to the number of XStore demo versions and size of the import files archive, we did not include it in theme package but you can always download it from Downloads area of your 8theme account.
Please I need to know what the import files name on the Downloads page, and where I should upload it?
Please Advice;
Mohamed Zakrya
Hello,
Please note that your previous attempts with the import were made before we provided our assistance. Since we have now completed the necessary setup, the import process should be functioning correctly—provided that no changes have been made to the theme files or any third-party plugins installed that could potentially cause conflicts.
Could you please provide the URL of the page containing the text you mentioned? We have noted that the information is outdated and needs to be revised.
Warm Regards,
The 8Theme Team

We need to setup the Demo: Niche Market 02.
Thanks
Dear Customer,
We hope this message finds you well.
It appears that the issue you encountered may be related to the following: https://prnt.sc/bxKRWnFcUV6E . Specifically, some WordPress installations do not support renaming the child theme during the setup wizard or while importing our demo content.
The simplest solution would be to proceed with the installation without renaming the child theme. Please leave the default name as “XStore Child.” Once the installation is successfully completed, you may rename the child theme later by editing the style.css file, if needed.
Additionally, another factor that may have interfered with the successful import is the presence of third-party plugins. For example, we temporarily deactivated the “Object Cache Pro” plugin on your website before the import process and reactivated it after the installation was successfully completed.
Please clear the cache and check the demo content on your site now.
Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
