I am using safari. 21 inches
Dear @rayee,
In this case, to ensure the content displays properly across various screen resolutions, we recommend adjusting the spacing or reducing the font sizes of the elements within the widget. Alternatively, you may consider using a different widget, such as a “Carousel anything” widget with autoplay functionality. This approach allows scripts to automatically calculate the width of the items and present the content in a carousel format, which offers a more user-friendly and visually appealing experience for your customers.

In shipping, it seems that there is a bug. The shipping fee seems to be a fixed rate even though I choose local pickup.
Can you help to assist where is the bug is coming from as im using your theme. The bug didn’t used to be here until after I upgraded
Dear @rayee,
We hope this message finds you well.
Could you kindly test whether the same issue occurs when using a default WordPress theme, such as Storefront? You can do this by navigating to Appearance → Themes and activating the Storefront theme.
If the issue persists regardless of the theme in use, it is likely that the problem is not theme-related. In such a case, we recommend reaching out to the official WooCommerce support team for further assistance: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
Alternatively, if you prefer not to switch themes, you may test the functionality by adding the default WooCommerce shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] to the relevant page—preferably above the existing content—and verify whether the calculations are displayed correctly.
Also, we suggest our customers to create separated topics for different questions without mixing all questions in one topic.
Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Dear @rayee,
We hope this message finds you well.
We have noticed that you are currently using an outdated version of our theme. It is possible that the issue you reported has already been resolved in a more recent update. Therefore, we kindly recommend updating your theme to the latest version, along with the XStore Core plugin, to ensure optimal performance and compatibility. Documentation about theme update you can find in next page -> https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/how-to-update-rate/.
Additionally, if the issue persists after updating, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with a new video demonstrating the problem. The previous video appears to be outdated, and our developers are unable to accurately assess the issue based on it.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

I have updated the theme. Issue still persists.
The website works fine on chrome but not on safari
Hello @rayee,
Upon reviewing the console log, we have identified the following issue: https://prnt.sc/JdUR587N8pWd. This error may prevent other scripts from loading properly in certain browsers. You can find more detailed information about the error in the console here: https://prnt.sc/Fa2jt3dKYm6K.
As a temporary solution, we recommend disabling the LiteSpeed Cache plugin and checking whether the issue with the shipping section on the cart page persists.
If the problem continues, we kindly ask you to provide us with the correct FTP access so that we can further investigate the issue within the theme files.
Additionally, we suggest testing the site using the default Storefront theme. This will help determine whether the issue is related specifically to our theme or if it occurs independently.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
