I have created some sub-categories, “fungicide, insecticide, bactericide, and others” under the parent category “Plant Protection” in WooCommerce. Previously, all were visible in the seller dashboard.

However, all these sub-categories that the sellers have not been found in the seller dashboard. I share a screenshot for your reference.

    Kindly guide me on it.

    Regards with Thanks,

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

1/ Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance — Themes).
If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

2/ If you are using a multi-vendor plugin (such as Dokan, WC Vendors, or WCFM), please check the plugin settings to ensure that sub-categories are enabled and visible to vendors. Contact the support of multi-vendor plugin to get further assistance.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
