    Hello, @lew-shop,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

To solve your issue please follow the steps.

1/ We suggest switching to the XStore Parent theme if you are currently using the XStore Child Theme on your site (Appearance > Themes). After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your Child Theme. Let us know the result.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello, @lew-shop,

    Thank you for your response.

Upon a thorough review of your website, we have determined that the difficulties you are experiencing originate from customizations made to the Child theme’s additional code.

To substantiate our findings, we have temporarily activated the Xstore parent theme on your website and conducted a review of both the shop page and category pages. Our assessment confirms that these pages are functioning correctly under the parent theme.

For your convenience and further clarification, we have documented our review process in a video, which we have made available for you in the private content area.

We kindly draw your attention to the fact that our responsibilities do not extend to modifications made within the Child theme. We recommend reaching out to your developer to address and rectify the issue.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Warm regards,
    The 8Theme Team

I think I found the problem. I don’t know why this class doesn’t update after changing the store settings. The problem only occurs on the store website and search results. The rest of the subcategories work fine. The problem is not caused by additional code changes.

    Hello, @lew-shop,

    Thank you for your response.

If the issue you are experiencing is due to custom code that has been added to your child theme, we advise you to contact the individual who implemented the code. We apologize, but we cannot take responsibility for custom modifications that have been made.

Furthermore, we will not risk editing the code of the child theme through the admin panel without FTP access, as this could potentially lead to a critical error.

We hope for your understanding in this matter.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team.
