The spotlight categories dont work – please help

    Hi there. As on your own demo. The spotlight categories dont work?!

    When I select a new category, it add it to the search string. I actually only want the selected category. I cannot find where to configure this. Please help!

    Hi Jake. Ok but it’s still not working. You see no products are displayed.
    I added the products categorie on top. But the spotlights are nicer. Can you tell me why the products not shown?

    Please, provide us the URL of pages with no products displayed. As we see on shop page the products are correctly shown.

    As soon as you select any of the spotlight catgeories (2nd row) you see it shows no products found. see screenshot.

However, when checking the actual URL of the product list (https://prnt.sc/eCuEoA152hG4), it shows that no products are available.

    Please note that this issue is not related to our theme. It seems that the products and categories may have been imported from an external source, and WooCommerce has not properly synchronized the data. We recommend reviewing your product settings and ensuring that each product is correctly assigned to the appropriate categories.

    Additionally, you may want to test the functionality using a default WordPress theme such as Storefront with WooCommerce plugin active only. We believe the issue will persist, as it appears to be related to the WooCommerce plugin itself.
