Gentlemen, something unexpected happened on my website, when I am logged in as an administrator the website works normally, all functions. However, when I log in as an incognito window it becomes broken, extremely slow, initially I thought it was the WP Rocket cache, I cleared the cache and the problem continued. In the WP Rocket settings, I followed exactly the instructions you gave me and which are in the Thema documentation. Can you help me with this matter please, that’s all I need for my website to work perfectly.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

Thank you very much for the answer, I managed to identify the problem, it was a conflict with the server cache. Thanks

I have one more question, I can’t translate the term “The following problems were found:” this term by loco translate it is not in the theme nor in “xcore”

Can you tell me where I translate this term?

    see the attached image:

    Hello, @Pedro Paulo,

    Thank you for your response.

We are pleased to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved. We kindly ask that you revisit your site after clearing your browser’s cache to see the changes.

Additionally, we have translated the text as per your request within the Loco Translate section, specifically in the Plugins > WooCommerce plugin language file, and have saved the settings accordingly.
