The site does not load images - by Fabio

    I am using and editing the Xstore demo, the problem is I tried to insert my images through Elementor and when I load the page they don’t load.

    What can be the problem in question?

    Thanks for using our theme.
    Do you use the latest version of the Elementor plugin? If so, you need to update the theme also – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update

    Yes yes I have updated everything, both Elementor and the Theme.

    But it still doesn’t work and I can’t figure out what the problem is.

    Try to disable all third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , and check how it works then.
    If the problem is independent of plugins provide temporary wp-admin access https://prnt.sc/u819nb
