    Issue NO.1:

I set the Shop Page Layout > Products per row on catagory page/ value “3”, but the solid page remains 4, how come it’s not changed?

    Issue NO.2

I set Footer Layout > Widgets Toggle on Mobile “ON” and the Toggle Action “Collapsed”, but on the real mobile phone, the toggle are all always open. This issue happens on the Shop Page ONLY.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, Lanxiaodj,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product Catalog > Products Per Row

2/ Could you provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check this situation more deeply.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello, @lanxiaodj,

    1. We have recently completed a review of your site. We found that the product columns on the Shop Category pages are functioning correctly, with a setting of three columns. Please refer to the following screenshot for further clarification: https://postimg.cc/Pvhx7wkk

    2. Additionally, we have addressed the issue you were experiencing with the footer toggle on mobile. The problem was caused by the “Custom HTML Text Widget” that you had set in Footer Column 1. We have removed this and confirmed that the remaining elements are functioning correctly. Please be aware that the toggle on mobile function is only compatible with the default Widgets, not with block or Custom code widgets. We recommend setting the default widget in Footer Column 1 if you wish to utilize the toggle functionality on the mobile version.

    About issue NO.2

After you made changes, on the desktop device, the footer’s toggles become unfuntional, and all the dropdown menus are always folded. https://prnt.sc/P2SPm8UREI_c

    Hello, @lanxiaodj,

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to follow up on the video that we recently shared with you. In this video, we demonstrated that the result and footer toggle menu on your website are functioning correctly. When clicked, the menu opens as it should, indicating that there may be a cache issue on your end.

We kindly request that you clear your cache and check the functionality again. If the problem persists, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Alternatively, if you prefer, we can revert the changes made on your site that were initially implemented to resolve your issue. Please inform us of your decision at your earliest convenience.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
