  The main shop page isn’t following the template request layout. It works on product grids but not as per the options select in theme options. For example, it is displaying 3 products in a row and not 4 as set, the add to cart button isnt there either.
  However, when you use the product grid on a page it does work as required.

  This applies to both sites as I have 2 licences
