The “Shipping Methods” button is not translated into Italian and does not work.

Hi,

Why do I see this “Shipping methods” button without the Italian translation? And more importantly, why does it not do anything when I click it? I should proceed with the order, but it doesn’t work.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Don’t you think that button is misleading? If it can’t be removed, at least tell me where I can change the text, because to make sense, I think it should be “Choose shipping and payment methods,” even though since it’s a button, some people expect clicking it to take them somewhere.

There’s a problem here too, as you can see from the images. I don’t understand where that “Shipping 1” is calculated; it should just be “Shipping.” Furthermore, even when disabling the PayPal 3-instalment feature, the “payment by installments” message still appears. Do you know how to remove it? (Please don’t switch to “New PayPal Settings”).

Regarding the installment payment option, this message is sent directly by PayPal. Please check whether this feature is enabled in your PayPal account.
