    Hello, @JustBrian,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

2/ Make sure that the problem is not caused by custom changes in files.

    Let us know the results.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    @Tony Rodriguezton

I also have this issue. See video: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/26228869?key=155fd958783718d749898ab956d09d21

Note that this is part of the theme and not external or caused by custom changes. It is to do with the product tabs when in accordion style, as you open each tab it scrolls a bit to adjust the view. If the below option is ticked, it scrolls down to the first tab.

    One way to fix it:
Single Product Builder > Tabs > Turn off “First Tab Opened”.

Then on mobile device as you open a single product page, it no longer scrolls down to the description tab.

But it creates a new issue of the product description tab not being open.

How can the scrolling effect be removed while still keeping the first tab opened?

    Thanks

    Hi @Darius,

Could you please create a separated topic with the following information?

For this purpose, please provide us with temporary administrative access to your WordPress dashboard, as well as FTP credentials. This will enable us to diagnose and address the issue more effectively.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best Regards,
