Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://fex.net/ , and provide us with the URL.

Hello,
As you can see when the page loads for the item, it cycles through different images.
The correct images are the ones that have a cat wearing the collar. But as the page loads it loads random images.
Hello @Shazard Ramjohn,
We have analyzed the issue and identified the following possible solutions for your case:
1. Our theme includes built-in swatches that have been demonstrated on our demos and thoroughly tested by our customers. You may disable the third-party plugin currently used for swatches and recreate the swatch attributes using our built-in functionality. Please refer to the following guide: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/variation-swatches-3/.
2. Alternatively, it appears there may be a conflict between our theme’s slider and the custom swatches plugin. In this case, please copy the file woocommerce/templates/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php to your-child-theme/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php and test again.
If you require our assistance, kindly provide temporary FTP access in the private content area.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello Jack,
Thank you for your help. Yes I would need some assistance on this part.

Hello, I have sent the Details here for you.
Hello @Shazard Ramjohn,
We have analyzed the content of your single product page and noticed that multiple product galleries and “Add to Cart” forms have been created – some are displayed on desktop and hidden on mobile, while others are shown on mobile and hidden on desktop. This configuration may cause issues with incorrect image display, as WooCommerce scripts by default locate the first gallery on a single product page and modify the images there. If you can minimize the duplications and just re-order the elements on devices using settings in Advanced tab -> https://prnt.sc/Q-bNsiQwEEmF. It will make the benefit on page loading for your customers, so we kindly recommend you to check it and re-structure the single product template content.
Additionally, we noticed that a CDN is active on your website (https://gyazo.com/41f0e83e5f3441bda8b1da9f8b1245aa), which prevented us from making certain changes. Could you please temporarily disable it so that we can proceed with further checks?
We would also like to verify whether the functionality of your custom swatches plugin correctly switches images when using a default theme such as Storefront, as our analysis shows that all attributes were created according to the requirements of your custom plugin.
Furthermore, we observed a deeply nested structure on your page (https://gyazo.com/971e6836e74e5b4c04342af964912dc2), which may cause issues with page testers. We recommend restructuring the code to minimize the use of multiple nested containers.

Hello Jack,
Thank you taking the time to review my site. I appreciate your attention to detail and helping me with this.
I took your advice and I went back and cleaned up my site a bit. I fixed the single product pages and made it very simple. Everything seems to be working fine but I do have a problem with the add to cart function still.
Before when I pressed “add to cart” the side menu would open and everything moved fairly quickly. Users could add and add things to the cart and it would update the amount live. It would not do a redirect to the cart page.
How do I get this feature back and get it resolved? I want to have the off canvas menu back with the ability to see what’s in the cart and not redirect to the cart page unless they click the cart button.
I turned off the CDN on Hostinger. I don’t believe I have a cloudflare CDN I didn’t sign up for that.
Thanks
Hello @Shazard Ramjohn,
Please check now. We have activated the following option: https://prnt.sc/RHC2Ec6Zg3Yp, and disabled the following option: https://prnt.sc/UmNkrP5iCl1G.
Kindly clear your browser cache as well as the plugin’s cache installed on your website, then verify the results.
