I half a day sat could not find) where to find the settings for this scrolling? how do I replace content?

Did as you showed me.

but the problem is that where here the standard [scroll text]? how do I remove it? it is not in the code or in WPBakery Page

Hello,

Go to Theme Options > Header > Header layout > Header banner position > Disable.
