  Hello,

  Elementor saves styles to CSS file, you use cache plugin + Cloudflare CDN that caches CSS files. So, either disable cache and CDN if your site is under development and enable it once you finish editing or use another CSS print method in the Elementor settings https://prnt.sc/1ig4aud (it slows down the site a little bit but then styles are not cached).

  Edit page using Elementor > Slider Element > Slider Item > Style > Vertical align > Midle
