The payment and order confirmation no longer working after the xstore update

    Hello,

    My store is in the development stage, not published. Why is the payment and order confirmation no longer working? The payment button is not working, the order is not being created. All this happened after the xstore update. Also, the additional customization of the cart view/checkout with the plugin no longer worked. I removed that plugin.

    – To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
    Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://fex.net/ , and provide us with the URL.

    – We have noticed that your website is utilizing a large number of plugins. This could potentially impact the website’s performance, lead to errors, and affect its overall speed. To ensure optimal functionality and avoid such issues, we kindly ask you to manually review each plugin currently in use on your website.

    – If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.
    Do the same test for the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

    I don’t have many plugins on my site, some are disabled, maybe I’ll remove them if I decide they’re not really needed. All the others are essential, most are related to the xstore theme. One plugin was suggested by your support team. Without this plugin, I can’t disable unnecessary cart checkout windows. The site was working fine with all plugins until I updated the xstore theme and xstore core… I will try to do the steps you suggested later. Maybe I will let you know how it went.

    Hi.
    I removed a few plugins. I did all the suggested steps, but to no avail. After switching to the Xstore theme, my website design crashed, some disturbing posts, links, etc. appeared. But the cart payment works, although not as it should. I had also switched to the WC theme “Storefront”, so my website crashed completely and the cart payment did not work. Everything works in the child theme except for the cart checkout.
    You wrote that the issue may be due to custom code in the Child Theme. I didn’t use custom code because I don’t know how to create any code.

    It appears that the XStore Ajaxify feature was causing the issue.

    We have disabled it, and the checkout steps are now functioning correctly.
