I searched the site here and found the topic started but the solution wasn’t posted. I have installed both the parent and child theme yet I am getting ”

Hello,

Please, provide temporary admin panel and FTP access, we’ll check. Very likely you did not install parent theme correctly https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/xstore/#installation_upgrade_22_theme_installation
