Hallo,

wir haben uns wegen der Fehlermeldung hier bereits im Forum umgesehen, aber keine Beschreibung zur Fehlerbehebung gefunden, daher machen wir einen neuen Topic auf.

wir hatten Ihr Template gekauft und für eine Domain installiert und Aktiviert.
Dann haben wir mit dem Shop die Domain gewechselt und nun erhalten wir beim Update die Fehlermeldung

Das Paket konnte nicht installiert werden. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Wir hatten vergessen, bzw. nicht gewusst, dass wir die Lizenz vorher deaktivieren müssen. Wir hatten nun auf der neuen Domain die Lizenz ein paar mal deaktiviert und neu Aktiviert, aber leider erhalten wir weiterhin die Fehlermeldung.

we have already looked around here in the forum because of the error message, but found no description for troubleshooting, so we open a new topic.

we bought your template and installed and activated it for a domain.
Then we changed the domain with the shop and now we receive the error message

The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

We had forgotten, or didn’t know, that we had to deactivate the license before. We had deactivated and reactivated the license a few times on the new domain, but unfortunately we still get the error message.

Can you help us?

Hello,

Provide me Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the problem. Before this make sure that you have enough space at your server to download and extract theme archive.
