The option page blank – backend - by Mentadata

Hi 8theme Support,
when we go to the backend and go to the THEME OPTIONS, the main screen area was empty. The site works, but we can´t modify any theme options because we can´t see it.

We keep the same access to you

Hello,

There is some problem on a server at your host.
Sometimes I get “Internal Server Error” on the site and I’ve found this error in error_log file:
“FastCGI: comm with server “/var/www/vhost/silu.es/fcgi-bin/php.fcgi” aborted”.

Please ask your host to check logs attentively to find out what is causing this issue.

Eva,
thanks I told this issue to the hosting. They told us that´s it´s a problem of the installation/setup. The maximum memory limit is 128 MB. Is It enough for the theme?

For your information, the last modification we made was the option to show a message when somenoe click with the righ click mouse in the front end show a customize message.

We want to reverese this option in order to test if this is the problem. But I can´t acces to this option. How can we change this option? could you help us?

Eva,
no they (ISP) told me that the limit is 128 MB. Is it enough for your theme?

Can we reverse our last modification?

Eva,
we didn´t do anything and now works. I asked the ISP in order to check if they had modified anything.
Because you didn’t do anything in our environment, isn´t it?
