    Hi XStore Support Team,

    I’ve encountered an issue with the mobile bottom menu on my website using the XStore theme. While it displays correctly on Android devices, it is not showing on iPhone 14 Pro Max and iPhone 16 Pro Max when tested using Safari.

    Could you please help investigate this? I suspect it may be related to the iOS safe area or viewport settings, but I would appreciate your confirmation and recommended fix.

    Looking forward to your assistance

    Dear @Benz,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Kindly try adding the following custom CSS code and let us know your feedback:

    body .etheme-sticky-panel {
        bottom: env(safe-area-inset-bottom, 0);
    }

    For guidance on the optimal placement of custom CSS code, please refer to our documentation at the following link:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/additional-customisation/optimal-placement-for-custom-css-code/

    We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your response.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
