Hello, we are using the Wp rocket caching plugin, it seems like we achieved optimal download speed, but sometimes we notice a download problem, can you tell me if the problem is due to the plugin or is there something wrong in the theme? We recorded a video, the blocks on the main page sometimes do not load.

Read the description of this option. It delays the scripts and they are working only after your action (click, touch). And it would cause problems that scripts do not work till you click.

Can we make these blocks without Java? In fact, these are just 3 dies, maybe somehow you can make three pictures just without the carousel widget, but so that they also stand beautifully on the mobile, too, 3 in a row?

Maybe you can somehow make just 3 photo widgets in a row on a pc and a new one? We do not need any effects, in fact, these are just 3 blocks with pictures and links.

Yes, why not. You can make 3 columns row with simple images if you need and add links for your images.
