  Hi everyone,

  I’m noticing that our store’s logo is duplicated on the mobile version.

  The logo isn’t duplicated on the desktop version. This problem only exists on the mobile app.

  Could you tell me why the logo is duplicated on the mobile app?

  Hello @Rodrigo Carlos,

  The issue occurs because some plugin installed on your web-site is replacing the default “img” tag with a “picture” tag. As a result, some styles for the logo image are not being applied. We recommend temporarily disabling this plugin’s functionality or adding the following image class — “et_b_header-logo-img” — to the exclusions list for such tag replacement actions.

  If you still require our assistance, please provide temporary wp-admin access in the private area so that we can review the settings on your website.
