The logo can not be shown in the main header

I have updated my logo position in the main header.

However, it can not be shown. Only shown “the logo file name”. Attached is for your reference.

Advise me how to solve it.

Hello,

Try to re-upload the logo image into the media library and then re-select it in settings.
Also, there is no need to use an image width 1385px.
If this doesn’t help, contact your hosting provider and ask for assistance

Hi,

I have checked the logo size. It is “630×150” which is not over 1385 px mentioned in the previous reply.

Advise me again!

Hello,

Try to re-upload the logo image into the media library and then re-select it in settings.
Clear cache and check the result.

Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
