The header color can’t be change and only show in Mobile style

    Please help me fix the header issue. There are 2 problems of the header. First, when I customize my site header, it always show in Mobile style or Tablet style. Even I select Desktop style, the Mobile / Tablet style is still displayed. Another problem is I can’t change the header color. As you can see, my web-site header background color is orange. But I have customized the background color in the main header and cleared all the cache, the background color of the home page header is still orange. What’s going on?

    Hello,

    1/ Try to change Zoom in your browser to 80% – http://prntscr.com/13flg6n
    2/ Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
    Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your help. Yesterday, I reset the hosting’s hard drive and installed a WordPress site in a fresh state, followed by a straightforward installation of the XStore theme and the addition of this child template.
    The first issue is okay while I try to change Zoom in my browser to 80%, it shows in desktop style. For the second issue about the header color, I have added a temporary account for you. In addition to this there is another problem, I found that the footer area background is in error. It should be fully wide, no matter how I change Zoom in my browser. Please refer to the img. in private content area.

    Clear cache of browser and check now.
    As we can see, you are using CDN, so clear the CDN cache also.
