Hi,
It looks like the footer isn’t showing on our website after the recent update. I appreciate someone checking it out ASAP.
Thank you!

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Just updating the theme should not cause such issues.
Please try to recall what else you have done on the site recently — perhaps you enabled or disabled some plugins.
Do you remember how the footer was created on your site — using the Footer Builder with Elementor or static blocks? Please check the settings there.

Thanks for your reply.
Footer is a Static Block named Footer – Choovio
Nothing has changed on the website recently, other than regular plugin and theme updates.
Dear Farhad,
Could you please let us know if it is possible to disable the restriction or whitelist our country/IP address so that we can access your website?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,

Hello @Farhad,
Please check it now. We have re-added the missing shortcode for the footer content: https://prnt.sc/ekRR7e8cjKY8.
You can see the frontend result here: https://prnt.sc/ZfsY_KQVbFvB.

Thanks, Jack. May I know how that happened? I’m certain we hadn’t touched that recently.
Hello @Farhad,
It is possible that WordPress updated itself or that an error somehow occurred on your server, which caused the widget to be removed. We have now re-added the missing widget to your widget area.

Thank you!
The footer is now back and visible; however, it looks like there is a problem with the divider. I see this
[mpc_divider width=”55″ lines_color=”rgba(212,175,55,0.5)”]
Hello @Farhad,
Unfortunately, we are unable to log in to your website as it redirects us to a 404 page. Could you please grant us access so that we can log in and check the issue from the dashboard? It appears that a plugin, such as Massive Addons, is currently deactivated, which is causing the shortcodes to appear. If you prefer, you may edit the static block and remove those separator shortcodes or activate the plugin yourself.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
