  On my website, the font settings is showing different to what is on the live website, please help to fix this.

  Hi,

  Change typography settings via Theme Options > Save > change settings back and save one more time. Clear cache and check the result.
  Provide temporary wp-admin access, our technicians will be able to take a closer look after the weekend.

  The issue seems to be happening specifically with the quicksand font-family

  In this case, try the next workaround:
  download this font https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Quicksand#standard-styles , upload it in XStore > Custom fonts, then select this uploaded font via Theme Options.

  that done it for this, font seems slightly different but it worked for now.
