I purchased the XStore theme a few days ago but faced issues. The following required plugin is currently inactive: XStore Core and even i tried to install it manually, even though I activated the theme . I also fixed all the issues related to system requirements or limitations. Additionally, I would like to know which plugins are required for the XStore theme demo grocery-market. Thank you in advance.

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We apologize for the inconvenience you’ve encountered. It appears that something has gone awry. We kindly ask that you first disable 3rd party plugins (including Kirki Customizer Framework plugin) on the site. After that again activate the XStore Core plugin on your site.

In case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder.
