The filter does not work after changing the website theme

    We met some problems when building the website. I have set the main directory and subdirectory, but only the subdirectory is displayed in the shop page. How should I display both the main directory and the subdirectory at the same time? I have also purchased product filters, but they still do not work. So I guess this may be the reason for the theme of the website.

    I want to know how to solve this problem?

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

    Hello, DolphinRC,

    Thank you for providing access. Currently, we can see that both parent and child categories are being displayed. Unfortunately, there is no simple way to display only specific ones. However, this can be achieved with a small customization. To proceed with this, we would require FTP access.

    In order to make the necessary modifications to the categories, we require FTP access. Unfortunately, access to the admin panel alone is not sufficient.

    Could you kindly provide us with the necessary FTP credentials?

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Essentially, you don’t need to understand or read on the internet about what FTP is, although you can if you want to. In reality, all you need to do right now is contact your hosting provider with screenshots of our conversation. They will create the necessary FTP access for you upon request.
