Hello, I have v 9.7, the problem is that when a menu is selected on the mobile phone, and in the drop-down menu a product category is clicked, for example, the window closes without being able to open the product category. And so every time.
    Can this be corrected.
    Warm greetings

    Hello, Zg007,

We kindly ask you to update the theme to the latest version. This issue has already been fixed in version 9.7.2.

I updated to v 9.7.3, but the problem is still the same. When I click on the product category, the menu closes.

    Hello, Zg007,

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best Regards,

I am sending temporary WP admin and FTP host access.

Please, once everything is completed and the mobile menu on the web shop is working correctly, let me know where the issue was, what code you added, and where you added it, so I can apply the same fix if something similar happens on another website.

    Thank you.

    Please try again.

    Hello @Zg007,

Please provide us with a video demonstrating the login process from your side, as we were unable to access the wp-admin page on your website during our testing. We also attempted to connect using a VPN, but the issue persisted. A video of our test is attached in the private content.

You can attach the download link to your video that you could upload on services such as: https://fex.net/

Try now, there might have been a problem for you in Cloudflare.

    Hello, Zg007,

Although we were able to log in to your website, the admin panel is still inaccessible. We have also noticed that you are using an outdated version of the theme. Please note that this issue has been resolved in the latest update. Therefore, we kindly ask you to update the theme to the most recent version.

    Hello, Zg007,

We kindly ask you to disable any third-party plugins as well as any custom code you have added. It appears that there is an external script triggering the closing of the side menu.

The same thing was done and fixed for one of my other domains, and now you are telling me to turn off all plugins, all custom code. Why did you ask me for access as WP admin and FTP host? The domain you fixed with the same problem is hidden.

The matter is that our fixes are standardized, and if they work on one domain but not on another, the issue is therefore caused not by the fix itself but by the environment in which it is executed. For this reason, we kindly ask you to disable any third-party plugins that directly affect how pages are loaded and how content is rendered.

Now it’s fine, it works normally. The only thing you can tell me is how to make it work properly on the mobile phone in Mozilla, now the search overlaps with the menu. And so that it doesn’t break on Chrome because it’s ok there.
