The drop-down menu does not open on your mobile phone

    Hello, I have v 9.4.5, the problem is that when a menu is selected on the mobile phone, and in the drop-down menu a product category is clicked, for example, the window closes without being able to open the product category. And so every time.
    Can this be corrected.

    Could you kindly check whether the “One Page Menu” option is currently deactivated in the settings of your mobile menu in Header builder? You can verify this within the Customizer settings.

    I have included the One page menu in the mobile menu, it is also included in the Main menu. Still, when I want to open the web shop and select a product category, the window closes. When I open the menu again, the product categories are visible. When the menu opens, I should be able to select the desired category without any problems.

    Hello,

    We kindly ask you to disable the “One Page Menu” option for the mobile menu and clear the cache after saving the settings, including the mobile browser cache.

    If the issue persists, please provide us with access to the admin panel so we can investigate further.

    Hello,

    I need to contact support because the menu is not working properly on mobile.

    When I click on the menu and select Web Shop, the menu closes. Then I have to open the menu again to select a product category.

    Also, in Mozilla Firefox, the search bar overlaps with the menu.

    If this can be fixed, I’ve attached access to the admin panel.

    We’ve disabled the “One Page Menu” option via Theme Options > Header builder > Main menu.

    Please clear cache and check how the menu works now.

    To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
    Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://fex.net/ , and provide us with the URL.

    On mobile when using Chrome everything is fine, but on Mozilla the menu overlaps, more precisely the search engine from the topic is over the menu tag. Can you fix this? Picture attached.
