The Demo importer not working correctly - by jeol

    Hello
    there I tried importing the demo content But it does not work properly
    i Even deleted the default plugins but nothing.
    Can someone please help me? Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme and for contacting us.

    Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, please.
    Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
    If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

    What demo version do you want to install? Do you prefer Elementor of WPBakery?

    It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch. Please do the reset and reply with temporary access here.

    BE ATTENTIVE and don’t place the private information in the general message area because all the visitors have access to that information. Use the Private Content area https://prnt.sc/238rolg
    We can’t login to your Dashboard / wp-admin , please check credentials by yourself.
    Provide FTP access like a text, not a screenshot.

    Thanks for FTP access, but wp-admin access is incorrect still. Have you tried to log in using them https://prnt.sc/238uhhx ? To be able to help you with the import, we need correct wp-admin access. Please make sure we will be able to log in using the credentials you provide before your next reply here.
