Hi greetings,
Please kindly help me with the registration token failing to generate, and a message displaying (Javascript not enabled, please make sure you enable it )
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We kindly suggest ensuring that JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings, as this is required for the registration token to be generated successfully. If JavaScript is already enabled and the issue persists, please try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to see if the problem continues.
Should the issue remain unresolved, please provide us with a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with the URL.
Your site is under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it. We can not log in also – https://prnt.sc/bWCNixz8Duk5

Hi greetings, please, I am having this warning issue with the blog code, and I have checked it from the database, but it still appears on the blog post.
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Warm Regards,
The 8Theme Team
Hi greetings,
Thanks for your support. Please find the credentials in the screenshot
Hello,
We kindly ask you to provide the access credentials in text format rather than screenshots, as it is inconvenient for us to retype the information. Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could test the credentials beforehand to ensure they are working properly.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
Hi, Greetings. Please this the credentials in text format. Thanks
Hello,
1/ Please temporarily disable the Additional verification – https://prnt.sc/Q-Ija5KCc8FA
2/ Kindly verify the FTP credentials before sharing them with us, as the current access provided leads to an empty folder https://prnt.sc/r0aps8bAE38S

Hi, thanks for reaching out. Please, I have checked it out, and I will recommend cleaning up your browser cookies and trying to access the admin dashboard again.
Dear @Andrews,
We hope this message finds you well.
Our support team has attempted to access your website using various browsers, and several of our support managers have also tested the login process. Unfortunately, we are still unable to gain access due to the current verification steps in place.
In order for us to provide you with the necessary support, we kindly ask that you temporarily disable these additional verification measures. Without access, we are unable to effectively assist you with your inquiries.
Additionally, we would like to recommend updating the Elementor widgets you are currently using. It appears that your site is utilizing outdated widgets from one of our older demos. We suggest exploring the newer Elementor widgets such as Posts, Posts Carousel, and Posts List for improved functionality and performance.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hi, Greetings. Please I have checked all the login settings, and I have disabled login security, but it still shows only on only Chrome browser and Edge browser, so please if you can access the database and help me disable the additional verification from the database for me. Thanks
Dear @Andrews,
Thank you for reaching out.
Please note that our support is dedicated exclusively to issues related to our own projects. As you have implemented additional verification through custom plugins or specific hosting configurations, we kindly recommend that you contact the relevant plugin support team or your hosting provider for further assistance.
Once you are able to log in successfully, we would appreciate it if you could inform us so that we may proceed with investigating the primary issue you initially reported.
Thank you for your understanding and for adhering to our support policy.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hi greetings,
Thanks for your support.
Please, please try to access the dashboard again as I have contacted the hosting provider and the site is running perfectly. Please find the attached screenshot.
Thanks
Dear @Andrews,
We hope this message finds you well.
We have successfully accessed your dashboard and reviewed the notices you mentioned. Upon investigation, we found that the issue originates from the deprecated Blog Carousel widget, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/X0abMAeLamlD.
To address this, we attempted to configure the recommended alternative — the Posts Carousel widget — which offers enhanced functionality and improved UI/UX features. You can view it here: https://prnt.sc/Zd_ZH8RgMSqI.
However, while trying to save the changes after configuring the new widget, we encountered an error. After reviewing your system requirements, we discovered that some server settings do not meet the necessary values required by our theme. Please refer to the following screenshot for details: https://prnt.sc/S3KxcAJ0zbue.
We kindly ask that you contact your hosting provider to update the server configuration accordingly. Once the necessary adjustments are made, you should be able to add and configure the new widget on your page without any issues.
Please proceed with these changes from your side. Also, you can simply disable the debug on your server to prevent showing any notice as it is suggested to be active only on staging web-sites or for testing cases. If you require any further assistance, do not hesitate to reach out to us — we are here to help.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
