Hello.

After selecting the goods and moving to the selection page of delivery and payment, the client has the opportunity to enter the password and register in the system.
But after passing the payment, the client does not authorize and the user with his data is not created in the system.

In the wordpress settings, registration is enabled.
Enable child theme

Hello,

Please check the problem with your parent theme.
Do you face this problem with default WC theme – Storefront?
Try to disable 3-rd party plugins and then check.
What browser and do you use?

We changed theme to Storefront. And with theme we not see this problem.

Thanks. Did you try to activate parent theme? Do you use chrome browser?

Tested in Safari. Same problem.

Hello,

I’ve renamed form-billing.php file in /royal/woocommerce/checkout folder and uploaded new one with fix of the problem. Please check registration on checkout page now, if all works fine, you can delete the old file.
