The "Comment and STARs" below the product name DISAPPEAR, can you help please?

Hi, there

After searched on Google and browsed this forum, I’m still unable to get this problem fixed. So I kindly ask for your help here.

As described in the topic, the issue appears to be:
There is not any rating stars showing up on my website below the product title on both homepage, shop, and product page, not like the demo page which does have this feature.

Can you please let me know how to enable these “Stars” on my website?
