The changes are not reflected in the browser

    The changes I make to products are not reflected in the browser. Delete WP cache from the browser, I have tried in another browser with no results.

    Hello, @jimmy,

    When I checked the link you shared with us, it appears like this: https://postimg.cc/WdXsxSPd So you can see how it appears for me, if it appears fine with the changes you have made from the theme options so it means that you have a cache issue and you have to remove the cache completely.

    I can see you have an active server cache Litespeed as well so you have to flush the cache completely and deactivate it til your site is in the development process.

    Also, if you are using the cache plugins on your site please deactivate them.

    And if the issue still persists then please make a video of your issue and share it with us. Also please share your site WP-ADMIN Login details in the below-listed format in the private content area so that we’ll check and assist you accordingly.

    Kindly please take the complete backup of your site, first.

    And I also need your permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well.

    Hi, thanks for responding quickly.

    2. I have the LiteSpeed plugin disabled in cPanel. Also clear the cache https://ibb.co/88pxnQQ
    3. As seen in the video, I added or deleted some text when saving, the changes are not displayed. I’ve even switched between different browsers.
    4. At minute 1:39 of the video I have created another product as you can see I have copied the format of the original product but it does not copy any style, nothing comes out all messed up.

    Hello, @jimmy,

    The issue you are facing is because you have used/created your site and products using the Elementor page builder, and now you are trying to edit the product description using the default Text editor and that is the reason it is not reflecting on your site, you have to edit the product description using the Elementor page builder and it will work for you, Please watch this video: https://www.veed.io/view/6a9053dc-6a62-4dfe-a487-6e56c1ced238?sharingWidget=true
