The category photo donot show properly in shop page

dear support when i use tags filter the category photos do not show properly but they normally show in simple links
please check photos

hi your answer is not correct
im not looking for Tag photos,
please look carefully in images that i attached
the category photo will show correctly when i enter SHOP URL with no Filter
**LOOK AT URL of first image***
but when i select Tag filter the category photos are not shown

** Again look at URL of second image that i pointed**
in second image you will see that the same widget does not show category photo

Hello @esi,

Our previous response was correct. Please find additional details below.

If you have the All categories value in Data source of Spotlight categories widget, then when you view a product category page, the Spotlight Categories widget displays the categories (that is, the items belonging to the same taxonomy as the page you are currently viewing). Please refer to screenshot 01 in the private area.

However, when you are on a product tag archive page, the widget loads the product tag taxonomies instead. Since the thumbnail functionality is not available for product tags in the backend settings, placeholder images appear for each tag in the Spotlight Categories widget when you are on a product tag archive page.

To resolve this issue, you can set the Data Source option to “Include IDs” and then select the product categories you would like to display in the widget. This way, the selected categories with their thumbnails will appear correctly on any product archive page.
