The Built-in Email builder is ours, but WCFM is plugin.
Yes, I asked them. But they said they use default woocommerce email settings.
Please provide URL of your site, temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
wp-admin access: Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
ftp access: If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
What is the path to reproduce the mentioned by you situation, so that the letter arrives (after registration or purchase or something else? – this is to know how to re-create it).
After activating the Built-in Email builder, it is sending emails to the customer with the new customized template which works awesome. But it is not working for the vendor. I mean when a vendor registers on our site, It is sending email from the default woocommerce template, not from the built-in Email builder template.

We are waiting for URL, temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
It will not work because WCFM plugin creates their emails in the hardcode way but they should do it as templates to make it work with our builder (and other plugins which filters/changes woocommerce emails)
